Women’s Safety Pension is a social security scheme implemented by the Government of Kerala to ensure the social and economic security of women.

💰 Monthly Financial Assistance: ₹1,000

📌 General Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants should not be beneficiaries of any other social security pension schemes.
2. Women, including trans women, aged between 35 and 60 years belonging to AAY (Yellow Card) and PHH (Pink Card) categories are eligible to apply.
3. The benefit is available only to persons who are permanent residents of Kerala.
4. The monthly financial assistance under the scheme is ₹1,000.
5. Persons receiving Widow Pension, Unmarried Women Pension, Disability Pension, Service Pension, Family Pension or EPF Pension are not eligible.
6. Eligibility will cease if the beneficiary obtains permanent or contract employment in a Government or Semi-Government institution.
7. If an AAY/Pink ration card is changed to a Blue or White ration card, the beneficiary will no longer be eligible for the benefit.
8. The benefit will not be continued after the death of the beneficiary.
9. A self-attested declaration/affidavit is mandatory.
10. The benefit will not be available during the period in which the beneficiary is remanded or imprisoned.
11. The following documents may be used as proof of age: Birth Certificate, School Certificate, Driving Licence or Passport.
12. Any amount received by an ineligible beneficiary will be recovered along with 18% interest.
13. Annual Aadhaar-based mustering is mandatory.
